Welcome to GoWallet. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your data when you use the GoWallet mobile application ("App"), published by Miravill.

• No Personal Information: GoWallet does not require account registration or collect personal identifiers (such as name, email, or phone number).
• Local Data: All your transaction logs, gold assets, starting balances, and configuration settings are stored locally on your device. You can optionally export this data as an encrypted backup file (.gvb).
• App Diagnostics: We use Firebase Crashlytics to automatically collect crash reports and app performance data, including device model, OS version, and stack traces, to help us identify and fix bugs. This data does not contain any personally identifiable information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To display and calculate your gold portfolio balances, prices, and statistics locally on your device.
• To analyze app stability, diagnose crashes via Firebase Crashlytics, and fix bugs.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data only in the following scenarios:

• Firebase Crashlytics (Google): Used to automatically collect crash reports. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect or store your portfolio data in the cloud.
• We do not collect your location.
• We do not access your contacts, camera, or microphone.
• We do not use advertising identifiers or show ads.
• We do not share your data with any advertising networks.

6. Data Security

All transaction data is stored locally within the App's secure private sandbox storage on your device. If you export your backup, the backup file is encrypted using a passphrase you provide, protecting it from unauthorized access.

7. Your Data Rights

Because we store all your portfolio data locally on your device and do not keep it on our servers, you have full control over your data. You can inspect, modify, or delete all of your data at any time directly through the App settings by resetting the App or clearing its data in your device settings.

8. Children's Privacy

GoWallet does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you have any concerns regarding children's privacy, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
