Welcome to Miravill. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your data when you use the Miravill mobile application ("App") and our related web services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Personal Information: When you register an account, we collect your name and email address. If you place an order, we collect your shipping address and order details.
• App Usage & Chat Data: We collect information about your interactions with our AI chat assistant (Mira), your shopping cart, and wishlist to provide and improve our services.
• Device & Technical Data: We use Firebase Crashlytics to automatically collect crash reports and app performance data, including device model and OS version. This data does not include personally identifiable information.
• Photo Library Access: If you choose to upload or change a profile photo, the App will request access to your device's photo library solely for that purpose. This permission is only requested when you initiate the action.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your user account.
• To process and fulfill your orders.
• To power the AI Chat Assistant and personalize your shopping experience.
• To communicate with you regarding your orders or account security.
• To analyze app performance, diagnose crashes via Firebase Crashlytics, and fix bugs.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data only in the following scenarios:

• Firebase Authentication & Firestore (Google): Used for secure user sign-in, and for storing your profile, orders, shopping cart, and wishlist in the cloud. Governed by Google's privacy policy.
• Firebase Crashlytics (Google): Automatically collects crash reports including device model, OS version, and stack traces to help us identify and fix app stability issues. No personally identifiable information is included in crash reports.
• Google Sign-In (Google): If you choose to sign in with Google, we access your Google account name and email address solely to create and authenticate your Miravill account.
• AI Chat Assistant (Google Gemini / OpenAI): When you use the Mira chat assistant, your message, display name, current shopping cart, wishlist, and order history are included in the request sent to our AI partner in order to generate a relevant, personalized response. This data is used only to generate responses and is not used for AI model training (subject to our partners' Terms of Service).
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All communication between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit and protected by dynamic cryptographic signatures to prevent unauthorized access.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request corrections to your data via the app's Profile screen.
